HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A SESSION?
I book family, equine, and engagement sessions 6 months in advance. Weddings I book up to 2 years in advance to secure your wedding date along with my travel accommodations.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WITH YOU?
Booking a session is easy! Head on over to my ‘Contact’ page and fill out my inquiry. Once you have paid the 50% retainer fee and sign my contract, your session date is booked!

WHAT DO I WEAR FOR MY PHOTOSHOOT?
I absolutely love to be involved with what my clients wear to their sessions. I strongly believe what you wear can really make the photos go from average to spectacular. I have style guides for couples, families, and engagements.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am always up for travel!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF? DO PEOPLE TRAVEL TO YOU?
I’m based out of McHenry County, Illinois- about 60 miles Northwest of Chicago and 60 miles Southwest of Milwaukee. I grew up in this area my whole life, always scouting out gorgeous natural locations nearby (state parks, forest preserves, open fields, Lake Michigan, pine forests, you name it!), so I know all the best photo spots like the back of my hand. We also live on a farm that has incredible views, lighting, and the kindest animals to greet.

CAN I BRING MY PETS?
Absolutely! I ask that your animals be well behaved, on a leash, and definitely let me know ahead of time.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?
I ask for 50% deposit at time of booking and 50% two weeks out from your photoshoot and wedding date. If you would like to split the second half of your payment, I can do that too!
08.
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US?
I capture you as who you are in your natural beauty. I do not photoshop your appearance beyond minor cuts, bruises and minor acne. If you are self conscious about something, let me know and I will be sure to be extra sensitive to what I capture during your time with me.

CAN YOU WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET?
I wish I could work with every budget! I totally understand that not everyone can afford the luxury of photographs. From time to time, I will try to work within a set budget if I have the date available. If you have a special circumstance like this, please message me so we can chat more! I’m normally more flexible Monday-Thursday mornings and January-March for weddings. Unfortunately my weekends are my prime time.
